Extreme Networks Expands Stitt's Role
Santa Clara-based Extreme Networks is reporting this morning that its co-founder and Chairman, Gordon L. Stitt, is taking a more active role in the firm's operations. According to Extreme, Stitt has assumed a "market development role" at the firm, where he will work with the company to "explore new market opportunities." Stitt co-founded Extreme Networks in 1996. The firm was vague about details on the new role and what Stitt will be working on at the firm.
