MokaFive Signs Canadian School

, the Khosla Ventures and Highland Capital Partners backed startup focused on desktop and laptop virtualization, said Monday that the firm has been selected by Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning to power the school's mobile computing program. According to the firm, the Canadian school will use its MokaFive Suite to support 5,000 students. The firm's software is being used to provide a single, standard desktop image that can run on all of its students' PCs. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed.
