Truviso Nabs $3M, Hires Executive Team
Foster City-based Truviso, which develops software for business analytics, said this morning that the firm has raised an additional $3M in funding from the company's existing investors, which include ONSET Ventures, Diamondhead Ventures, and UPS Strategic Ventures. The firm also said it has appointed a new management team, appointing Thomas E. Rowley as its CEO, Alex Lazar as EVP of Sales, Kim MacPherman as SVP Product Development and operations, and Tom Kuhr as SVP of Marketing. Rowley has served at StarVox Communications, Preventsys, Counterpane, and the National Security Agency. Lazar joins from SOA Software; Macpherson from EMC; and Kuhr from OleOle.
