Palo Alto-based
iControl Networks, which develops broadband home management and security products, disclosed today that it has completed a $23M, Series C investment round. According to regulatory filings, the round actually closed back on July 1st. The funding came from ADT Security Services, Cisco, Comcast Interactive Capital and GE Security, in addition to existing investors Charles River Ventures, Intel Capital and the Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB) iFund.
