SenSage Names Marketing Head
San Francisco-based SenSage announced Wednesday that the firm has hired on Joe Gottlieb as the firm's Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Gottlieb joins the company from McAfee, where he was VP of Corporate Strategy and Technology Alliances; he has also served at Nokia Enterprise Solutoins, META Group, and Ernst & Young. The firm said Gottlieb will be responsible for the firm's marketing and alliance strategies. SenSage is a developer of data warehouse software used for compliance auditing; the firm is backed by FTVentures, Sand Hill Capital, Sierra Ventures, Canaan Partners and Mitsui Ventures.
