Crescendo Networks, a developer of web application delivery acceleration products, announced Thursday that it has raised $5M in funding, and related its headquarters to Menlo Park. The funding was led by Trilogy Equity Partners, and also included Evergreen Venture Partners, Apax Partners, StageOne Ventures, and Challenge Fund. Peter van Oppen of Trilogy Equity Partners joins the company's board. The firm said that Co-founder and CEO Adoram Ga'ash has related to Menlo Park, although engineering and corporate operations remain in Tel Aviv, Israel.
