Synfora Buys Software Product Line
Mountain View-based Synfora, a developer of electronic design automation tools, said Thursday that it has acquired Esterel Studio, a tool suite developed by Esteral EDA Technologies. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Esterel Studio is used for designing control logic and bus systems, particularly in systems-on-a-chip (SoC) designs.
