Evernote Gains $2M
Mountain View-based Evernote, a developer of web-based, note-taking services, said Wednesday that the firm has raised an additional $2M in funding from DOCOMO Capital. The firm said the funding is on top of earlier funding from Troika Dialog, bringing the funding round to $6.5M. Evernote said it will use the funding to expand its global footprint, and to add broader language support and more local versions, along with continuing product development efforts.
