Xumii Acquired By Swiss Firm
San Mateo-based Xumii, a developer of mobile social networking services, has been acquired by Switzerland-based Myriad Group AG. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Myriad said it had purchased the acquired the brand, technology and 17 employees of Xumii. Myriad said the acquisition would not have a material impact on either its revenues of EBIDTA for fiscal 2009. Xumii also has operations in Sydney, Australia.
