San Jose-based
LogLogic, a provider of log and security management software, said today that it has added three members to its board of directors. The firm has added Peter Goettner, Marc Verstaen and Deborah Rieman to the board. Goettner is a General Partner at Worldview Technology Partners, and replaced Worldview's Mark Orsak. Verstaen is the founder and CEO of Lorienne S.A., and founder and CEO of Beatware. Riemen is a managing partner at private hedge fund Equus Global Investments; she also was the former CEO of Check Point Software, and has served at Adobe Systems as VP of Marketing. LogLogic is venture backed by Focus Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Telesoft Partners, Worldview Technology Partners, INVESCO Private Capital, SAP Ventures, CM-CIC Private Equity, Credit Agricole Private Equity and ELAIA Partners.
