Teracent Ups Funding By $550,000
San Mateo-based Teracent, a developer of online advertising technology, has raised $550,000 in what appears to be a convertible debt round or bridge funding. Details on the funding have not been announced by the firm. The firm's board include NEA's Krishna Kolluri and Peter Sonsini, as well as Shopping.com's Rob Goldman. $250,000 of the debt was raised in July. The firm has previously raised a equity round from New Enterprise Associates.
