Agilent has sold its N2X Data Networks Product Line to networking testing firm Ixia, in a deal worth $44M, Ixia said Wednesday. Ixia, a developer of networking testing software and hardware, said it is acquiring certain assets of Agilent's N2X Data Networks Product Line as part of a move to accelerate the firm's growth. The deal includes Agilent's customers, sales, and R&D teams. Agilent's N2X products are used for Voice-over-IP, VPN, and other network testing.
