Intelleflex Gets Team From Maxim, Investment
Santa Clara-based Intelleflex, a provider of RFID products, said today that it has inked a deal with Maxim Integrated Products, to transfer a Maxim engineering team and IP in return for an equity position in the firm. Intelleflex said the team, a body of design works, and related IP also includes an agreement to partner on future go-to-market activities. Along with the spinout of the Maxim team, Intelleflex said it received $8M from New Venture Partners.
