San Mateo-based Caring.com, an online site focused on providing information on elder care, said today that it has raised $10M in a Series B financing. The round was led by new investor Shata Ventures, and also included DCM and Split Rock Partners, along with unnamed individual investors. The firm said the new roundwill go to support continued expansion of the firm's site. Caring.com is headed by Andy Cohen.
