SocialMedia.com Sells Advertising Business
San Francisco-based SocialMedia.com, a online social advertising service, has sold its advertising business to advertising network Adknowledge. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. SocialMedia said the sale will allow the firm to solely focus on it social advertising platform, which it builds for Facebook.
