Agilent Completes Buy of Keithley's RF Product Line
Santa Clara-based Agilent Technologies said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of the RF product line of Keithley Instruments. The two firms had announced the sale on November 19th. The deal was worth approximately $9M in cash.
