Obopay Debuts On App Store
Redwood City-based mobile payments firm Obopay reports this morning that the firm's mobile payments application for the iPhone has debuted on Apple's App Store. The firm said the application is free to users. Obopay is backed by such firms as Qualcomm, Redpoint Ventures, AllianceBernstein, Citi, Societe Generale, Nokia, and others.
