Redwood Shores-based Oracle announced Tuesday morning that it is buying a developer of data quality products, Silver Creek Systems. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Oracle said the buy would improve data quality in its Product Information Management Data Hub, Agile Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Resource Planning offerings. Silver Creek Systems was based in Westminster, Colorado, and venture backed by BV Group, Cornerstone Ventures, KB Partners and Palomar Ventures.
