Flurry Gets $7M
San Francisco-based Flurry, a provider of smart phone and mobile analytics services, said today that it has raised $7M in a Series B funding round. The round was led by Interwest Partners, and also included prior investors Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Union Square Ventures, First Round Capital and Draper Richards. Doug Pepper of InterWest joins the firm's board along with the funding. Flurry said the new capital will go to build out its services, including hiring new employees and scaling out its infrastructure. Flurry's services are used to track mobile software downloads and usage for the Apple iPhone, iPod Touch, and Google Android devices.
