Good Technology Buys CloudSync
Redwood City-based Good Technology said today that it has acquired CloudSync, a Denver-based developer of mobile device management software. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Good said the buy would complement its line of Good for Enterprise products. CloudSync's software is used by large enterprises to manage their Windows Mobile, Windows laptop, and Blackberry mobile devices, including tracking location and information on those devices.
