Apple Computer has unveiled its long rumored iPad this morning, saying that the 9.7 inch display weights 1.5 pounds, supports from 16GB to 64GB of flash storage, and provides both portrait and landscape mode operation. The new device is based on Apple's iPhone OS, including native support for iPhone applications.
