VMware Completes Zimbra Buy
Palo Alto-based VMware said today that it has completed its acquisition of Zimbra from Yahoo. VMware had said it would acquire Zimbra January 12th. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Zimbra is a developer of open source email and collaboration software, and will become part of VMware's Cloud Serviecs organization, headed by Brian Byun.
