Google, Yahoo Sued By Xerox
Search engine giant Google has been sued by Xerox over patents, covering the automatic creation of queries based on keyword searches, according to a filing by Xerox in the Delaware District Court. The suit names Google Inc., Yahoo! Inc., YouTube Inc., YouTube LLC as defendants, and was filed February 19th.
