Agilent Technologies said Wednesday afternoon that the firm's EVP and CFO, Adrian T. Dillon, is resigning from his position, as of April 1st, to join Skype. According to Agilent, Dillon is becoming Chief Financial and Administration Officer at Skype. Agilent said it is appointing Didier HIrsch, currently Vice President, Corporate Controllership and Tax, as acting CFO, while it looks for a replacement.
