San Francisco-based Mochi Media, and parent firm Shanda Games Limited said yesterday that they have created a new $10M fund, the Mochi GAME Developer Fund, which will go to support Flash and social game developers. Mochi and Shanda said the fund will give developers access to technical, design, and testing resources, as well as development tools and distribution on Mochi Media's websites. Mochi said it is looking to invest up to $100,000 per game title in Flash and social games developers. Mochi Media operates an online site which allows users to find online videogames.
