MagnaChip Looks To Raise $250M In IPO
South Korean firm MagnaChip Semiconductor, which has its U.S. headquarters in Cupertino, has filed for a $250M IPO. The IPO is being underwritten by Goldman, Sachs & Co., Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank Securities, Citi, and UBS Investment Bank. The firm is majority owned by Avenue Capital Management. The firm is looking to list as an ADR on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "MX".
