MOG Plans All You Can Eat, On-Demand Music
Berkeley-based MOG, the online music site backed by Menlo Ventures, Balderton Capital, Simon Equity Partners, Universal Music Group and Sony Music, said Monday afternoon that will be rolling out a new, unlimited on-demand mobile music service. The firm said the MOG All Access service will provide "all-you-can-eat" music for its mobile users, for $10 per month. MOG said the new service will roll out in early Q2, and run on iPhone and Android platforms. The service will allow users to pick any artist, album, or song and listen to it on-demand, in addition to an Internet-radio style service.
