Astoria Software Acquired By Transperfect
San Francisco-based Astoria Software, a provider of software-as-a-service tools for enterprise content management, has been acquired by TransPerfect. TransPerfect, a provider of translation services and technology, said it will use the buy to enhance its customer experience. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed.
