JDSU Completes Agilent Networks Solutions Buy
Milpitas-based JDSU said today that it has closed on its acquisition of Agilent's Network Solution communications test business. The deal was worth $165M, and was originally announced on February 11th. Agilent's communications test business includes Long Term Evolution (LTE), 4G, and network verification and deployment products. JDSU said the unit had annual revenues of $162M ending October 31, 2009. The unit becomes part of JDSU's Communications Test and Measurement business.
