Mobile phone maker Nokia has filed another patent infringement suit against Apple, saying today that both the Apple iPhone and iPad 3G products infringe on five of the firm's patents. Nokia said that the suit, filed in the Federal District Court in the Western District of Wisconsin, alleges Apple has infringed on technology related to enhanced speech and data transmission, using positioning data in applications and innovations in antenna configurations that improve performance and save space, allowing smaller and more compact devices.
