Apple Sued By Softview
Apple Computer is being sued again over a patent, this time by firm SoftView LLC, which filed a suit in the Delaware District Court yesterday against Apple and AT&T, alleging infringement over its patent covering display of Internet content on mobile devices. According to the complaint, Apple is infringing on U.S. patent 7,461,353, which was developed by Gary B. Rohrabaugh and Scott A. Sherman, and granted on December 2, 2008, and originally file in January of 2005.
