HTC Sues Apple For Patent Infringement
Handset maker HTC Corporation said today that it has filed a complaint the the United State International Trade Commission (ITC), alleging that Apple is infringing on five of its patents. HTC said it is looking to halt the importation and sale of the iPhone, iPad, and iPod in the United States. HTC said it is suing Apple to "protect our intellectual property, our industry partners, and most importantly our customers that use HTC phones."
