Salesforce.com Sued By Microsoft Over Patents
San Francisco-based Salesforce.com has been sued by Microsoft Corp., in a patent infringement suite, Microsoft said Tuesday evening. According to Microsoft, it filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, alleging that Salesforce.com has infringed on nine Microsoft patents in their CRM product. Microsoft did not provide any other details on the lawsuit.
