Impeva Labs Acquired By Defense Firm
Mountain View-based Impeva Labs, a provider of global asset management, tracking, and monitoring for the Department of Defense, has been acquired. According to San Diego-based Cubic Corporation, it acquired the assets of Impeva Labs earlier this week, to bolster is presence in the defense, maritime and homeland security sectors. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Impeva was founded in 2004 and has 35 employees.
