Zynga Buys Challenge Games
San Francisco-based social gaming developer Zynga has acquired Challenge Games, a Texas-based developer of social games, the firm said today. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Zynga said that Challenge Games will be renamed Zynga Austin. Challenge was venture backed by Sequoia Capital and Globespan Capital Partners.
