San Francisco-based
Recurve, a provider of home energy efficiency auditing services and software, has raised $8.1M in a new, equity funding round with a target of $9.0M, according to a regulatory filing today by the company. No details on the funding have yet been announced by the firm. Recurve--which was until recently known as Sustainable Spaces--is venture backed by Shasta Ventures and Rockport Capital Partners, both of whom continue to hold positions on the firm's board. Recurve offers in-home, energy efficiency auditing services which help homeowners reduce their energy bills.
