Ventus Medical Gains $40M
Belmont-based Ventus Medical, a medical device firm developing a treatment for sleep apnea, said this week that it has raised $40M in a Series D funding round. Source of the new funding was not disclosed. Ventus also said it has named Peter Wyles as President and CEO of the firm. Wyles was most recently at Bayer HealthCare. VEntus has previously scored funding from De Novo Venturs, Mohr Davidow, and others.
