Google Backs Paid Search Marketplace Firm, Trada
Mountain View-based Google, through its venture capital arm, Google Ventures, is backing a firm which operates an online marketplace for paid search agencies and experts. According to Trada, which is based in Colorado, Google Ventures has led a $5.75M round for the firm. Foundry Group, the firm's original investor, also participated in the funding round, which brings its total raised to $7.95M. Trada allows businesses who spend between $5,000 and $50,000 a month in paid search to find providers to run search marketing campaigns.
