Highland Capital Partners Adds Google's Manish Patel
Menlo Park-based venture capital firm Highland Capital Partners announced today that it has added Manish Patel, most recently at Google, as a Principal. Highland said that Patel will be based in the firm's Menlo Park office. Highland said Patel was lead product manager on Google's advanced imagery and 3D mapping initiatives, also worked as product manager on Google TV's search and recommendation engine, among other efforts. Highland manages over $3B in capital.
