Yahoo Sale Of HotJobs Completes
The sale of Yahoo's online job and recruiting site, HotJobs, is now complete, according to Monster Worldwide Tuesday. According to Monster, it has completed its acquisition of Yahoo! HotJobs in a deal which was worth $225M in cash, and it has also inked a three year, commercial traffic agreement where Monster will become Yahoo's exclusive provider of career and job content on Yahoo's homepages in the US and Canada. Monster said the acquisition futher strengthens is position as market leader in the online job opportunity market. Yahoo originally announced the sale of HotJobs to Monster back in February.
