HP Sues Hurd
Palo Alto-based HP has reportedly sued Mark Hurd, over his plans to join competitor Oracle. The lawsuit was first report by the WSJ. The lawsuit comes a few hours after Oracle announced it had hired former HP CEO Hurd as President of the firm.
