Memoir Systems Gains $5.1M
Sunnyvale-based Memoir Systems, a firm developing technology to help scale memory performance in ASIC designs, has raised $5.1M in a funding, according to a regulatory filing by the firm. Source of the new funding was not disclosed. Memoir is headed by Sundar Iyer.
