San Francisco-based
Sharethrough, a provider of a video advertising network, announced today that it has raised $5M in a series A funding round. The round was led by North Bridge Venture Partners and Floodgate, and also included angel investors Ron Conway, Ron BOuganim, Steve Blank, and Auren Hoffman. Sharethrough was founded by Dan Greenberg and Robert Fan. As part of the funding, Cali Tran of North Bridge will joins its board; the firm said it also includes Dave McClure, Eric Ries, Janice Fraser, Taz Patel, Dorrian Porter, and Jim Pitkow as its advisors.
