Solta Medical Buys CLRS Technology
Hayward-based Solta Medical, a developer of medical aethetics products, said today that it has acquired CLRS Technology, a provider of personal care solutions. Solta said it will pay approximately $1.1M of debt at closing, plus potential future payments based on revenue and oeprating income through the end of 2011. CLRS Technology's lead product is a personal care acne treatment. CLRS was based in Costa Mesa, California.
