RockYou Snags Knight As SVP
Redwood City-based social games developer RockYou said this morning that it has named Jonathan Knight as its Senior Vice President. Knight was most recently at Electronic Arts and has also served at Activision. RockYou said that Knight was responsible for such franchises as Star Trek, Quake, Wolfenstein, and The Simpsons, and was lead producer on The Sims 2. Knight has also served at Interplay and Viacom New Media. RockYou is venture backed by Sequoia Capital, Partech International, Lightspeed Venture Partners, DCM, SK Telecom Ventures and Softbank.
