HP Completes $1.5B ArcSight Acquisition
Palo Alto-based HP announced today that it has completed its acquisition of ArcSight, in a deal worth $43.50 per share, or $1.5 billion. ArcSight is a developer of security and compliance management software. ArcSight becomes a subsidiary of HP after the buy. HP first announced the acquisition of ArcSight on September 13th.
