Google Acquisition of Slide Worth $179M
Mountain View-based Google's acquisition of Slide in August was worth $179M, according to Google's quarterly results. According to the filing, Google has so far spent $626M acquiring 37 companies in the first nine months of the year. The numbers were first noted today by paidContent.
