Zynga Lands Deal With DreamWorks On Megamind
San Francisco-based Zynga, the maker of social games, is in a new promotion with the upcoming Dreamworks Animation film Megamind, the two said today. According to the two firms, they will feature a special, 24-hour promotion of Megamind through a "Mega-Farm" which will be made available to all of the players in the FarmVille game, along with promotional items, decorative items, and a special "mega grow" formula for crops, all tied into the new Megamind film. Financial details of the agreement between the firm were not disclosed.
