Chegg.com and Borders Team On Textbook Rentals
Santa Clara-based Chegg is powering a new, textbook rental site for Borders, the two firms said today, through a new exclusive partnership. According to Chegg and Borders, Borders' customers will have access to Chegg's inventory of textbooks, with Chegg being the sole provider of the service for the bookstore. The new textbook rental feature will be part of Borders Texbook Marketplace. Financial details of the arrangement were not disclosed by the companies.
