YouSendIt Buys Two Firms
Campbell-based YouSendIt, which operates an online service which allows users to send very large files, said today that it has acquired two companies, Attassa and Zosh. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Attansa develops Microsoft Outlook integration and collaboration tools; Zosh develops e-signature services. YouSendIt is backed by Alloy Ventures, Sevin Rosen Funds, Sigma Partners, and Emergence Capital Partners.
